I’m Rebecca, an integrative counsellor in Plymouth offering gentle, neurodivergent‑affirming support for women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or like they’re constantly holding everything together.
Living with ADHD myself means I understand what it’s like to juggle a busy mind, big feelings, and the pressure to keep up. Many of the women I work with don’t realise their struggles might be linked to ADHD — they just know they’re exhausted from trying so hard.
My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. I offer a calm, steady environment where you can explore what you’re carrying at your own pace. No pressure. No judgement. Just a supportive space to reconnect with yourself.
I work gently and collaboratively, creating a space where you can slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. Sessions move at your pace, with room for pauses, reflection and honesty. My focus is on helping you feel understood, supported and able to explore your inner world without pressure or judgement. You can read more about my approach here.
