Does any of this sound familiar?

Perhaps you’ve found yourself here because something doesn’t feel quite right. You might not know exactly what’s wrong. You just know that things can’t carry on as they are.

Anxiety and overwhelm

Your mind never seems to switch off and you're finding it harder to cope with everyday life.

Burnout and exhaustion

You're emotionally drained, constantly running on empty and wondering how long you can keep going.

Bereavement and loss

Life has changed after losing someone important, and you're struggling to find your way through it.

Feeling stuck

You feel disconnected from yourself, trapped in old patterns or unsure where to turn next.

If you’ve recognised yourself in any of these experiences, counselling can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s you’re carrying and find a way forward.

A calm, welcoming counselling room with comfortable seating, green accents, and soft natural light. This space is used for in‑person therapy sessions in Plymouth.

Counselling gives you the space to breathe

When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to get stuck in your own thoughts. You might find yourself going round in circles, putting everyone else first or wondering why things feel so difficult.

Counselling offers a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly, without judgement or pressure. Together, we’ll explore what’s been happening, make sense of your experiences and work at a pace that feels right for you.

A warm, friendly portrait of Rebecca Wilkinson, a counsellor in Plymouth offering relational, person‑centred therapy.

Hi, I'm Rebecca

I know that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, without worrying about being judged or having to explain everything perfectly.

I’m an NCPS registered integrative counsellor based in Plymstock, Plymouth, offering both in-person and online counselling. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, bereavement and many of life’s other challenges, adapting the way I work to the person sitting in front of me rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, grieving, questioning yourself or simply struggling to cope, we’ll work together to help you better understand what’s happening and move towards the life you want to live.
