Feeling Overwhelmed, Exhausted, or Like You're Carrying Too Much?

You might be the person everyone relies on.

The one who keeps going, keeps coping, keeps holding everything together.

But underneath, you’re exhausted.

Perhaps your mind never seems to switch off. Maybe you’re constantly worrying, overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling overwhelmed by everything that needs your attention.

You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone.

A calm, welcoming counselling room with comfortable seating, green accents, and soft natural light. This space is used for in‑person therapy sessions in Plymouth.
A warm, friendly portrait of Rebecca Wilkinson, a counsellor in Plymouth offering relational, person‑centred therapy.

Hello, I’m Rebecca

I’m an integrative counsellor based in Plymouth, offering counselling in person and online.

I work with women who often appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from themselves underneath.

My approach is warm, calm, and human.

I believe counselling should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement, pressure, or expectations.

A Space Where You Don't Have to Pretend

Counselling offers you time and space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on.

A space where you don’t have to be the strong one.

A space where you don’t have to have all the answers.

Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to counselling.

You only need a sense that something isn’t quite right, or that life feels harder than it needs to.
